100 Police Are Alerted at City Hall

Ahead of massive demonstration that will be held on November 4, as many as 100 police officers will be deployed at City Hall, Jl Medan Merdeka Selatan, Gambir, Central Jakarta

Jakarta Acting Governor, Sumarsono disclosed police at City Hall is a standard operating procedure (SOP) to secure vital objects.

"This is SOP from security, that is by preparing 100 police officers," he stated, at City Hall, Monday (10/31).

The same thing is also conducted in Monas area. But he wanted additional officer should still pay attention to the aesthetic and does not spoil the beauty of the monument.

"Central Jakarta Mayor can spread the officer, but do not damage public facilities and cleanliness there," he stated.

According to him, it is done because issues about massive demonstration on November 4 has been rampant. Additionally, from Polda Metro Jaya report, there must be additional security.

"This is because the news has spread through media or report from Polda Metro Jaya," he told.

It is planned, his party will also hold a ceremony for Jakarta Satpol PP on November 2. It is to know readiness of every personnel in securing the capital .

"We do this to check out, secure, control readiness of the personnel regarding security level," he uttered.
